Delivery time
Transactions are processed on working days from 8:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. within 15 minutes to max. 4 hours from approving the transfer by the Customer and receiving the funds on the bank account.Cash pay-outs in the majority of locations are available for pay-out immediately after their processing - at the moment of receiving transaction's code by the Sender the transfer is available for pay-out at the indicated location abroad (taking into consideration working days and hours of the relevant institutions - banks and other partners' locations).
In case of some countries or locations individual conditions and delivery time may be applied (e.g. transfers sent to China are paid out after 48 working hours). Confirmation of the delivery time to a specific location may be received after sending an inquiry to (click):
Bank deposits are delivered to beneficiary's account within 1 - 2 working days.
Cheques are delivered to beneficiary's address within 3 - 5 working days.
